MEMBER SPOTLIGHT

Congratulations to NYAAPOR Member, Andrew Beveridge, Ph.D., CUNY Queens College. 

Dr. Beveridge was recently honored by the American Sociological Association with the 2007 Public Understanding of Sociology Award.

The ASA Public Understanding of Sociology Award is given annually to a person or persons who have made exemplary contributions to advance the public understanding of sociology, sociological research, and scholarship among the general public.

NYAAPOR Member Harry O'Neill has received
the AAPOR Lifetime Acheivement Award.

He is also the recipient of the 1997 NYAAPOR Outstanding Acheivement Award.
